Ryan Cadry
Ryan Cadry founded the Cadry Law Group on the fundamental principles of honesty, integrity and dependability. Ryan has considerable experience in advocating on behalf of individuals who find themselves embroiled in seemingly-irreconcilable disputes. Unique to Ryan's practice of law is the close and personal attention that he affords to each client who is in need of dependable representation, as well as the unparalleled diligence with which he handles each matter. Ryan's practice focuses on labor & employment matters. He has substantial experience in handling multifaceted disputes involving wage & hour claims, employment discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters..
Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he graduated cum laude. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law (King Hall), where he was Executive Editor of the UC Davis Business Law Journal and Staff Editor on the Journal of International Law & Policy.
Ryan has served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Roy Leslie Paul of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and has also served law clerk at Bet Tzedek Legal Services, where he proudly assisted elderly and underprivileged families in securing adequate legal representation. Through pro bono activities, Ryan continually advises and assists underprivileged and elderly clients through various legal challenges.
He currently serves on the advisory board for the Musicians at Play Foundation - a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization devoted to preserving, and enhancing music appreciation through education, student scholarships and concert events.
He has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's AV Preeminent® & Client Champion® Ratings for 2021, and has been named a “Southern California Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2017, an honor reserved for up to 2.5% of the attorneys in Southern California.

Matthew Goldberg
Associate Attorney
Matthew, is an associate attorney at Cadry Law Group, PC specializing in employment law. Before joining Cadry Law Group, Matthew practiced defense work for private and public entities. Before that, Matthew had the honor of participating in two fellowships. First, the American Board of Trial Advocates fellowship program and then a public service fellowship for housing assistance during the pandemic through Bet Tzedek Legal Services. Through these positions, he learned the importance of client trust and understanding. More importantly, his lessons from multiple respected lawyers shaped his diligence and motivation to advocate zealously for his clients.
Matthew graduated from Southwestern Law School with honors and in the top 10% of his class. During law school, he excelled inside and outside of the classroom. Matthew became a teaching assistant for two courses and a first-year academic advisor. He was also the recipient of several Witkin and CALI awards, notably for Civil Pre-trial Practice and Legal Remedies.
Outside the classroom, he developed a love for appellate advocacy and was selected to join Southwestern’s moot court team. His passion for civil rights inspired him to attend the Howard University’s moot court tournament, where he received the best oral advocate award, and where his team was awarded best appellate brief.
While in law school, externed at the United States District Court for the Central District of California under the Hon. Patrick J. Walsh. Matthew is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Heather Karl
Associate Attorney
Heather Karl is a highly-skilled associate attorney at Cadry Law, where she specializes in employment litigation. With over a decade of experience in the field, Heather has gained a reputation as a tenacious and skilled advocate for her clients. She has successfully represented clients in a wide range of employment disputes, including wrongful termination, disability discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and wage & hour claims.
Heather's unique combination of focus, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail allows her to excel in even the most complex cases. Her prior experience as an employment defense attorney has provided her with invaluable insights and a comprehensive understanding of both sides of employment litigation. This dual perspective enables Heather to develop effective strategies and deliver outstanding results for her clients. Before joining Cadry Law, Heather sharpened her legal skills in the employment defense bar, where she mastered the intricacies of law and motion, honed her abilities in depositions, and became an expert in trial preparation.
Heather obtained her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 2009. During her time at Hastings, she actively participated in the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic, providing legal assistance to individuals in need. This early exposure to real-world legal challenges helped cultivate her passion for social justice and her dedication to fighting for the rights of her clients.
In addition to her academic achievements, Heather also externed under Justice Eileen Moore at the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, where she prepared draft opinions and honed her legal research and writing skills/ Heather Karl's extensive experience, strategic approach, and deep understanding of employment law make her a formidable advocate for her clients.
